The Builder's Sales Agents represent the Builder!
The on-site sales agents in new construction neighborhoods are legally bound to the builder. By law, they represent the best interests of the builder who is selling the home. They can represent you, but you will not receive their undivided loyalty.


You need someone to represent only your best interests. Let me represent you and it will cost you nothing to have a dedicated Broker in your corner.

I can represent YOUR best interests!
As a Buyers' Broker I look out for you as you negotiate the construction and purchase of a new home, and you pay nothing for this service. Buyers Brokers are paid a commission by the Seller and it will not impact the price you pay for your new home.

You must guard against paying too much, thereby building a home that cannot be resold later at a fair profit. I see this all the time among people who purchased a new construction home from a builder, without using a Buyer's Broker. Those buyers frequently end up with a home that is overpriced for the neighborhood and, when they need to sell, can not be sold for what they originally paid, or it takes much longer to sell because it has to be priced at the top of the market.


I know the neighborhoods in the South Charlotte region, the re-sale market and price trends, and I can offer the new construction advice that will save you down the road.

I can provide insight into which builders are known for quality construction and stand behind their homes.


Some of the nation's best builders are building homes in Charlotte. But, some of the best-known builders are not always the best builders. My experience spans a wide range of prices and levels of quality. I know many of the area's builders and our knowledge can save you headaches and money.

frequently work in new construction and know what you should be paying for a new home. I  can often negotiate price incentives and special offers that may not be revealed to an unrepresented Buyer. I can also help you understand and assess the real value of upgrades and premiums that many builders charge.

I will stay with you until you’re in your New Home!
I will not abandon you after the contract is signed. If you buy directly from the builder without using a Buyer’s Broker, you will be quickly turned over to a construction supervisor. I will stay with you to insure that you you get to the closing!
