Your home will be featured on the Allen Tate website, which is the leading online resource for real estate in the market, plus Realtor.com, CarolinaHome.com, and dozens of other key real estate sites, providing continual exposure to potential buyers!

Additionally, using the photos that I take of your home, I create a unique brochure that highlights your home, its amenities and location, and that brochure is made available online to brokers and potential buyers, as well as those who visit your home.  Our goal is to make your home the most memorable home they see!

I will promote your home!
I distribute information to agents with potential buyers searching for homes like yours. I will reach out beyond our internal network of Allen Tate Realtors, to major brokers in the area who works with buyers in your area and price range.

I will represent your best interests!
I  provide valuable sales data for your area, along with insight into the market conditions and trends, to assist you in setting the highest possible, most realistic, list price. I work to get top dollar for your home.


And, I am a tough negotiator who provides information you need to get the most out of every offer you receive. I have significant experience with multiple offers, and can offer valuable counsel and assistance if that situation arises.

I will not abandon you after the contract is signed!
I will stand with you, even after your home goes under contract. I will review all inspection reports and assist you in negotiating repair requests, recommending reliable contractors when needed to perform repairs.


I will be there until the sale is closed. Ultimately, my goal is to get the best possible price for your home, in the shortest possible time, and protect your investment as you move towards closing.
